Important information
Foreigners, who hold a higher school diploma, giving them access to universities in the country issuing this diploma, are eligible for admittance into Ruse University for educational qualification degree of Bachelor.
The average grade of the matriculation subjects must not be less than 62% if the maximum value of all the grades in the diploma. Admission documents are accepted immediately after the approval of the annual tuition fees by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria. This information you may get in due time on our site. You may submit your documents personally, send them through a commissioner or by post to our address. The application deadline is 30 September 2010.
Forthcoming events
The Foreign Students' Festival will take place on 23rd April 2010. Those who wish to take part in the celebration may appeal directly for information to the Foreign Students Department.
For all participants in the Foregin Students' Festival, outstanding students and active members, the Departmnet will organize an excursion on 1st and 2nd May 2010.

I like, that Ruse University offers very good and perspective degree programmes. Every student has the opportunity to test his/her knoweledge by taking part in various competitions. I am mostly satisfied, that in Ruse University everyone, who wishes, can get practical skills and be involved for payment in the information supplying structures of the university.
